WHAT WE BUILDFOUR TYPES OF AGENTS
01

Customer service agents

Answer questions by e-mail or chat using your own knowledge and order data, and hand over to a colleague when it matters.

E-mail · Chat · Order lookup · Handover
02

Process agents

Carry out recurring tasks inside the systems you already use: checking, entering, routing and following up work.

ERP · CRM · Workflows · Approvals
03

Data & reporting agents

Ask questions about your figures in plain language and receive answers, summaries and signals based on your own data.

SQL · Power BI · Summaries · Alerts
04

Internal knowledge assistant

Find the right answer in manuals, procedures and documents, always with a reference to the source.

Documents · Search · Sources · Access rights
ANATOMY OF AN AGENT

More than a chatbot.
A colleague with clear limits.

An agent combines a language model with your data, the tools it is allowed to use and the rules it must follow. We design each part deliberately.

HOW WE BUILD AGENTSRELIABLE BEFORE IMPRESSIVE

Trust is designed in.
Not added afterwards.

01

Human in the loop

Agents prepare, people decide. You choose which steps need approval and when an agent may act on its own.

02

Secure by design

Access follows your existing rights. Data stays within agreed boundaries and every action is logged.

03

Connected, not bolted on

Agents use the same APIs and integrations as your software, so they work with real, current information.

04

Explainable output

Answers point to their sources and figures to their queries, so your team can always check the work.

FROM IDEA TO WORKING AGENT

Small first.
Then bigger.

An agent proves its value on one task before it gets more responsibility. That keeps the investment clear and the risk small.

Discuss your first agent
  1. 01

    Pick one task

Start with a concrete, recurring task where the value is easy to see.

  2. 02

    Connect the sources

Link the agent to the systems and documents it needs — nothing more.

  3. 03

    Test with your team

Run it alongside your people, review the quality and refine the rules.

  4. 04

    Scale step by step

Extend autonomy only where the results have earned it.

QUESTIONS WE OFTEN HEAR

Clear answers.

01Which AI models do you use?

We choose per project, based on quality, cost and where your data may be processed. That can be a model from a major provider or a hosted option within the EU.

02Is our data used to train the model?

We configure the agent so your data is used only to answer your requests, under business terms that exclude training. We agree this with you up front.

03What if the agent makes a mistake?

That is why there are guardrails and approval steps. The agent shows its sources, logs every action and hands over when it is unsure.

04Does it work with our current systems?

Usually yes. We connect agents through APIs and integrations — the same way we connect software — so you don't need to replace what already works.
